The drive through in front of the building is handy for being picked up or dropped off. There is plenty of visitor parking in the under ground for your guests and you can easily buzz them in from an intercom located on the parking ramp as they drive in
The lobby is currently under renovation so this is an old picture. We can't wait to see the new modern look! The mail boxes are located in this area and it's often a social scene with pleasantries exchanged with everyone coming in and out.

This is located off of the social room with the outlook of the gardens. There are simple weights and great cardio machines when you don't feel like walking outside.
The gardens are lovely and bloom beautifully in the summer. This is the path that leads to the tennis courts .
The tennis courts are also lined for pickle ball and are for the private use of The Berkley owners and guests. It is nice to see the courts are used quite frequently and there is always a group spectating and cheering each other on.
